There's plenty of information and advice on goal setting out there, but is it all helpful?

Unfortunately, much of the advice on goal setting, particularly from self-proclaimed gurus, is just untrue. Not surprisingly, around 90% of people who set a goal will fail to reach it.

At Write As Rain, we take an evidence-based approach to goal setting, goal achievement and goal maintenance. Our focus is on the big picture. We support you to develop and reach goals that will enrich your life and wellbeing; and then we help you to use your strengths to reach them. By taking a holistic approach to goal setting, you not only maximises your chances of success, but you also reach your goal feeling happier and healthier. 

Our programme incorporates techniques from the fields of positive psychology, Mindfulness, goal-setting and Expressive Writing. 

We offer one-to-one goal-coaching sessions via:
