Writing is one of the most powerful and accessible tools available for change, growth and healing

Write As Rain is a group of therapists that specialise in the use of Expressive Writing. We take a strictly evidence-based approach to the use of writing as a therapeutic tool. 

 

We provide:

  • Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for counsellors, psychotherapists and other helping professionals using writing with clients. 
  • Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and support to writing group facilitators, both from a creative writing and/or therapeutic background. We also support individuals and organisations who are developing writing courses that have a therapeutic goal.
  • Services to individuals using writing for their own personal development and wellbeing.

 

Some of our services include private Introduction to Expressive Writing sessions (for professionals and individuals), Writing Therapy (for individuals), Group Workshops (for inidividuals) and our Holisitic Goal Setting Programme (for professionals and individuals).
