Our approach to individual Writing Therapy
We support many parents, career men and women, expats and others who struggle to make regular face-to-face appointments in business hours. We have designed our service to offer the ultimate level of flexibility and accessibility. You can work with our specialist therapists from wherever you are in the world. With our 'no appointments' email option and flexible hours, we're here when you need us.

Approach: Integrative, with a focus on Expressive Writing, Person-Centred Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Format: Email, Skype, telephone and instant message. No appointments are necessary for sessions via email - your therapist will respond within three working days. For sessions via Skype, telephone and instant messages, we offer flexible appointment times both within and outside business hours.
Clients: Adults and young people (parental consent may be required depending on age). We also welcome working with individuals with intellectual and other disabilities.
Length: Long-term, short-term, open-ended
Governance: We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, and the Ethical Frameworks provided by the National Counselling Society and the Online Therapy Institute.
